Eleven short sections. They keep the resort quiet, clean and safe for everyone.
Check-In and Check-Out
- RV sites: check-out by 11:00 AM, check-in at 1:00 PM. Late fee $10 per hour.
- Guest rooms: check-out by 12:00 PM, check-in at 3:00 PM.
- A 3-night minimum stay is required for holidays and special events.
Quiet Hours
- 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily.
- No loud music, noise or disruptive activity.
- All visitors must leave by 10:00 PM.
Parking and Site Use
- Max 2 vehicles + 1 RV per site.
- Parking decals must be displayed at all times.
- No parking on grass, empty sites or roadways.
- Speed limit 5 MPH throughout the resort.
- No generators or tents allowed.
- No driving or maintenance work on the grass.
- Vehicles and golf carts must remain on paved roads.
Pet Policy
- Limit 2 dogs per site, under 80 lbs each.
- Restricted breeds: Pit Bull, American Staffordshire.
- Pets must be leashed (maximum 6 ft), quiet and under control.
- Not allowed in pool area or any buildings.
- Pick up after your pet. A $50 fine applies for violations.
- Pets are not permitted at other sites unless invited.
Pool and Hot Tub Rules
- Wristbands required in pool area.
- Hours 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
- No diving, running or loud music.
- Proper swimwear required. No cutoffs or street clothing.
- No food, glass or alcohol permitted in the pool area.
- Infants must wear swim diapers.
Conduct and Behavior
- No smoking inside buildings.
- No public intoxication, offensive language, fireworks or illegal substances.
- Disorderly conduct may result in immediate removal without refund.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Please be courteous to neighbors and staff.
Site Maintenance
- Keep your site clean and free of clutter.
- Trash must be bagged and placed in designated dumpsters.
- Sewer connections must be sealed and secure.
- No rugs or mats on grass.
- Grills must be on cement (not picnic tables or grass).
- Washing vehicles or mechanical work is not permitted on site.
Mail and Deliveries
- All packages must include: Your Full Name, Sandpiper RV Resort, 201 Seawall Blvd, Galveston, TX 77550.
- Improperly addressed mail may be lost or returned.
Registration and Age Requirements
- Guests must be 21 or older to reserve a site.
- The primary renter must stay on site each night of the stay.
- All visitors must check in at the office and follow park rules.
- Facilities (restrooms, pool, etc.) are for registered guests only.
Prohibited
- No skateboards, scooters, rollerblades or bikes used inside the resort, except for entering and leaving.
- No commercial business activity.
- No tent camping.
After-Hours Assistance
- Contact information for emergencies or security is posted in the office area.
- Leave a voicemail and staff will return your call in the morning if it is not urgent.
