Terms and conditions.
What you agree to when you reserve a site or a room.
1. Reservations and Payment
- A valid credit card with CVV is required at the time of reservation.
- By providing your card, you authorize Sandpiper RV Resort to charge the full amount of your stay, including any fees or damages incurred during your visit.
- Rates are subject to change without notice during holidays and special events.
2. Check-In / Check-Out Times
- RV site check-out 11:00 AM, check-in 1:00 PM. Late check-out penalty $10 per hour.
- Room check-out 12:00 PM, check-in 3:00 PM.
- A 3-night minimum stay is required during holidays and special events.
3. Quiet Hours and Conduct
- Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Excessive noise, public intoxication, offensive language and illegal activity are strictly prohibited.
- Non-compliance may result in immediate removal without refund.
4. Occupancy and Age Requirements
- Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve.
- The primary renter must be onsite each night of the reservation.
- Each site is limited to one RV and two vehicles. Extra vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense.
5. Site Use and Parking
- Parking decals must be visible at all times.
- Parking on grass or vacant sites is not permitted.
- The speed limit within the resort is 5 MPH at all times.
6. Pets
- Up to 2 dogs per site, under 80 lbs. No Pit Bull or Staffordshire breeds.
- All pets must be leashed, quiet and under control at all times.
- Pet waste must be picked up immediately or a $50 fine will apply.
- Pets are not allowed in buildings or the pool area.
7. Pool and Hot Tub Use
- Wristbands are required in the pool area.
- Pool hours are 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk.
- Proper swimwear is required. No glass, food, diving or loud music in the pool area.
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival receive a full refund.
- Late cancellations or changes made less than 7 days prior are non-refundable.
- No refunds for early departures, no-shows or weather events.
- In the event of mandatory evacuation, unused camping credit vouchers may be issued.
9. Mail, Deliveries and Packages
- Mail must be addressed to: Your Name, Sandpiper RV Resort, 201 Seawall Blvd, Galveston, TX 77550.
- Improperly addressed mail may be misdelivered or refused.
10. Damage and Liability
- Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property, including sewer connections, landscaping and facilities.
- Sandpiper RV Resort is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property.
- Management reserves the right to remove guests who violate any policies, without refund.
11. No Commercial Activity
- No commercial business or solicitation may be conducted from any site without prior written approval.
12. Acknowledgment
- Your signature or reservation confirms your agreement to abide by all park rules and terms outlined above. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund.
