Spacious sites backing up to Galveston's famous Seawall, offering extended length and open views. Ideal for RVs wanting a coastal experience just steps from the beach.

The longest pads and the lowest rate. These sites sit outside the gate and face Seawall Blvd, so expect road noise, especially on summer weekends.

Easy-entry sites with no backing required, perfect for big rigs or travelers passing through. Offers quick setup with plenty of room to settle in comfortably.

Drive in, hook up, drive out. Large pull-throughs take rigs 31 ft and longer; small pull-throughs suit rigs under 31 ft.

Sites 16, 17, and 31 are premium RV sites located right next to the beach. These are among the closest spots to the shoreline, offering quick access to the sand and unbeatable coastal views, perfect for those who want to stay just steps away from the waves.

Three sites, closest to the sand. Premium pull-through 75 ft by 18 ft for rigs 31 ft and longer; premium back-in 65 ft by 20 ft for rigs 31 ft and under.

Guest rooms

Modern comforts with coastal charm. Our guest rooms offer a cozy, modern retreat just steps from the beach and are reserved exclusively for resort guests. Designed with comfort and functionality in mind, each room includes plush bedding, private baths, balconies and extra bed pillows. We offer a variety of room types, such as bunk beds for families, double beds for couples, a large King room and an ADA-accessible option. You will find the perfect fit for your coastal getaway.

2-night minimum stay. Bunk beds available, sleeps up to 6. Standard double beds. Large King room option. ADA-accessible room. Guests must bring towels. Rooms are booked by phone. Call (409) 765-9431.

Check-in and check-out

RV sites: check-in 1:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. Late check-out is $10 per hour. Guest rooms: check-in 3:00 PM, check-out 12:00 PM.

Minimum stays

Two nights on weekends. Three nights on holidays and special events.

Cancellations

Cancel at least 7 days before arrival for a full refund. Cancellations or changes made less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable. No refunds for early departures, no-shows or weather events. In a mandatory evacuation, unused camping credit vouchers may be issued.

Payment

A valid credit card with CVV is required at the time of reservation. Providing it authorizes a charge for the full stay, including any fees or damages. Rates are subject to change without notice during holidays and special events.

Who can book

Guests must be 21 or older to reserve. The primary renter stays on site each night. One RV and two vehicles per site.

Your RV

RVs must be 10 years old or newer, with an exception for self-contained and maintained renovated or vintage campers. Rigs must be well maintained with no faded, cracked or peeling paint or decals, and fully self-contained with a legal black water line. No portable or cassette toilets, no tents, no generators.
